Do I need to sign up in advance?

Unless stated otherwise in the class description, it is highly recommended due to limited seating. You can register on the website or give us a call. Please view our Calendar to review available classes/events and/or to register.

What is included in the price?

We provide all art supplies for selected classes: such as canvas, paint, brushes, easels, aprons, and FUN!

What do I wear?

We provide aprons, but we highly recommend wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on!

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask you to give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel to give wait-listed students the opportunity to take the class. Cancellations should be made via email or by phone. We will charge the class fee for reservations not canceled 48 hours in advance. A full refund will be given for classes cancelled within 48 hrs of class start time.

We accept payments via BrainTree, a full-stack payments platform that aoolws us to accept payments via our website.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We request information from you when you register for a class or workshop. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders only. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

Cancellation, refund and reschedule policy:
Art & Soul provides a great experience to all of our students and artists. You are part of this experience and nothing makes us happier!

We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule any class that does not have 4 or more participants. In the event we cancel, you will be fully refunded.

Parties of 3 or more and scheduled private parties:

A full refund is available if you notify us at least seven days prior to your scheduled event or scheduled private party or event. Reschedule dates are available to those who need to delay a private party or event.

Parties of 1-2:
Reschedule or Transfer: Reservations can always be put on hold for a later date, transferred to another available class or even transferred to another anxious painter if notification is received at least 24 hours prior to the class start time.

Refunds: A full refund is available if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event start time.

Art & Soul will refund a reservation in full if we cancel the class.

If we do not receive notification of cancellation or if cancellation notification is less than 48 hours prior to class start time, payment will not be refunded.
